User account

Getting a user-id on this website that can actually create content is a multi-stage process. This is deliberate to weed out spammers.
  1. Fill in this form and submit to the website. Please provide sufficient detail so that the webmaster can identify you as one of the 50 or so people that are members and/or close associates of the club.
  2. I (the webmaster) will get an email telling me that there is a new user applying for an account. I will check the details that you provide and only accept them if I recognise you. As we are a small club, I know all that qualify... Once convinced, I will activate your account and flag it as a Member, Committee member or active Helper. Members have the ability to comment on runs. Only the Committee members and active Helpers have the ability to create content.
  3. Wait for an email and follow the instructions to (partially) activate your account.
  4. I actively delete useless or fraudulent accounts.
      5. Account information
      Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
      A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
      Personal information
      Please give information to convince the webmaster to create the user account. This information could be your hash name, your real name or anything else that will prove that you are associated with the Singapore Sunday Hash House Harriers. After your account is created, you may xxx it out. The content of this field is kept private and will not be shown publicly.
