Block 480A Car Park, Segar Road, Bukit Panjang
Transport : 
Jump ‘right’ off the top of a truck travelling up the KJE towards the BKE just before the junction (big jump). Or ‘left’ as you’re coming down the BKE (smaller jump). Just after the junction. If you’re braver, find your way to Bukit Panjang township (!) along Choa Chu Kang Road, turn left onto Bukit Panjang Ring Road, follow & look out for Segar Road (junctions either side of Segar LRT station), follow Segar Road till you find a way into the housing complex – Sshhh!!!. Hash from there…
